As a kid growing up and attending school in Idaho, I always appreciated the teachers who would go the extra mile by sprinkling in some fun and hard-to-belive historical facts along the way, even if it wasn't part of the curriculum. The creation of this book taught me that even though you've lived in a place for decades there's still so much more to explore and discover, just down the street, right over the hill or literally right under your feet.

I really hope that you enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed making it.
